Supporting Neurodivergent Individuals to Thrive at Work and in Business

Founded in 2020 by Jacquie Robinson, ADHD Support Worker was created to provide practical, personalised support for neurodivergent individuals struggling to manage the demands of work, business, and daily life.

With a deep understanding of ADHD, executive functioning difficulties, overwhelm, and workplace pressures, the service focuses on helping individuals develop sustainable strategies to improve productivity, reduce stress, and feel more confident in their professional lives.

Whether supporting employed professionals, self-employed individuals, or business owners, the approach is centred around understanding the individual rather than forcing unrealistic systems or expectations.

As an experienced ADHD Support Worker, Jacquie works collaboratively with clients to provide practical support with organisation, prioritisation, accountability, communication, planning, task management, and workplace structure.

About me

I have experience working across both private and public sector environments and understand the pressures modern workplaces place on neurodivergent individuals. Sensory overwhelm, mental fatigue, communication demands, competing priorities, and executive functioning challenges can make day-to-day work incredibly difficult to manage without the right support in place.

I am passionate about helping people navigate these difficulties through practical ADHD support, tailored strategies, and realistic systems designed around how the individual actually functions.

My work focuses on supporting adults with ADHD and other neurodivergent conditions to:

  • manage overwhelm,
  • improve organisation,
  • increase productivity,
  • strengthen workplace confidence,
  • and create sustainable ways of working.

Alongside practical support, I also introduce productivity tools, AI systems, and workplace strategies that can help reduce cognitive load and support individuals more effectively in their work and business environments.

I understand that no two neurodivergent people are the same. My approach is supportive, collaborative, and strengths-based, helping clients identify strategies that genuinely work for them rather than relying on rigid productivity methods that are often unsustainable.
