ADHD support is given remotely and discretely.  It is tailored to your specific challenges, environment, strengths and goals.

ADHD support work is different from coaching.  A support worker focuses on practical assistance, structure, and day-to-day functioning.  Whilst coaching focuses on reflection, insight and long-term personal development.
